GQ300is designed to cut Lateral Flow and Dry Chemistry card at fixed width. It’s made of drive unit and blade module. A platform with linear guide serves as material feeder. It’s quite convenience for material positioning and safe operation. Special localizer could be made to adapt card with position roles. OEM model is available.
The blades module could be changed easily for different strip width. Each damaged blades could be changed though a new blades assembling procession is needed. Standard blade comes with 4 mm width. The minimum width is 3mm.
